Quixote, in Puerto Vallarta, offers five spacious and uniquely
open residences with the look and feel of rustic Santa Fe
adobe.
This 4 story, earth toned hacienda was sited and designed
to provide the “real Mexican experience”.
The villa is built on the threshold of the former fishing
village, providing you front row seats to the sights and sounds
of daily life in Mexico. Located along the river in old town’s
Gringo Gulch neighborhood, Casa Quixote has an “almost
rural” feeling, yet is only 10 minutes walk to the ocean,
malecon, shopping, restaurants, night life and historic sites.
Unlike a conventional hotel, Casa Q offers multi-room units
with open floor plans and many of the comforts of your very
own home. Casa Quixote’s condominiums feature generous
living and dining rooms, well equipped kitchens (no ovens)
and king-sized bedrooms with relaxing twin-person jacuzzis.
Each of Quixote’s suites have terraces overlooking the
narrow cobbled street, the Sierra Madre foothills, daily sunrises
and sunsets – coupled with the color and chorus of day
to day life in Mexico. On the rooftop, you can enjoy the swimming
pool, ample sunning spaces and the palm shaded lounge with
its own BBQ kitchen. The view from poolside – ocean,
river, mountains and village - is one of Puerto Vallarta’s
most magnificent.
Casa Quixote Uno
Just one flight up from the entry foyer, this sunny Mexican home awaits you. Your king-sized bedroom and jaccuzi bath adjoin airy family rooms with smooth bentwood furniture, crowded with bright cushions and colorful pillows. The well equipped kitchen and breakfast bar are yours to use (or ignore) as you wish. From your front terrace, you can enjoy the chorus of daily life in Puerto Vallarta: Sunday church bells and cannon, roosters crowing across the river, and the gas truck's crazy musical advertisement. Casa Uno accommodates 2 adults: (852 sq. ft.) If you are traveling with a child, a portable bed will be provided at no additional cost.

Casa Quixote Dos
This residence offers all the rustic comforts of Casa Uno, with inviting day spaces and an even larger bedroom suite. Your living and dining rooms are awash with sunlight and the faux-marble floors are inset with smooth beach pebble borders. From your adjoining terrace, lush foliage and bright red flowers tease your finger tips, the jungle covered mountains sometimes hidden in the morning haze. Imagine waking to the smell of fresh brewed coffee and watching snowy egrets glide above the river, while the sun rises over the busy Mexican pueblo. Casa Dos accommodates 2 adults: (914 sq. ft.) If you are traveling with a child, a portable bed will be provided
at no additional cost.

Casa Quixote Tres
An easy second flight up from the gated entry, an even larger vacation home awaits. The family sized kitchen and dining room are bright with tropical breezes. The master bedroom
and jacuzzi bath are open and airy. Tucked neatly above, a cozy
sleeping loft with its own bath – perfect for children, family or close friends.
From your terrace’s elevation, you glimpse hummingbirds satisfying their nectar-lust,
rugged, palm crested mountains to the east and the timbre of life in Mexico.

Casa Quixote Grande
The name says it all. This spacious vacation residence was designed
to accommodate the owner’s family when they visit Puerto Vallarta. A palm thatched
“palapa” roof soars over the family kitchen, living and dining rooms. The king sized
master bedroom and jacuzzi suite are spacious, with teasing glimpses of the village
and mountains to the south. Directly above is a comfortable sleeping loft with
adjoining sitting room and second bath – ideal for children, family or close friends.
From your terrace, tropical vistas abound: lush greenery and flowers blooming,
the tumble of houses ascending the Sierra Madre foothills and the (sometimes) sleepy river.

The palm thatched penthouse is open to the elements with 24 hour views and features a saloon-style bar that doubles as your galley kitchen.
