RESERVATION AND CANCELLATION POLICY: I understand that a deposit equal to 25% of the balance due is required to hold my reservation and that the remaining balance due for my room(s) along with any pre-paid services that I have chosen will be charged to my account 60 days prior to my arrival at Casa Panoramica. I understand that I will be notified by phone and/or email as to the total cost of my stay, including the deposit amount and the balance due amount and due date. I understand that the Casa Panoramica staff will either charge the balance due amount to the credit card account that I initially provided or I will be responsible for sending the balance via Paypal, unless I have made other arrangements. I understand that my deposit and rental fees are 100% refundable up until 60 days prior to my arrival at Casa Panoramica. However, if I should need to cancel my reservation less than 60 days prior to my arrival date, I will be charged the full amount unless we are able to re-book your unit(s) for at least an equal or greater amount of rent.

DAMAGE POLICY: I understand that if loss or damage beyond normal wear and tear occurs to my unit(s), its contents or Casa Panoramica’s common areas, I will be charged for the cost of repair and/or replacement. I also understand that should I lose my room keys or fail to turn them in at the end of my stay, I will be charged $25.00/set.

LOST AND STOLEN ITEMS: We are not responsible for lost and stolen items so we strongly encourage you to keep your valuables/paperwork with you or make arrangements with us to have them stored in our safe.

OTHER CONSIDERATIONS: Please remember that Casa Panoramica is a small, family-run business and while we sincerely hope that you enjoy your stay with us, we ask that you treat our home like it is yours. We are pretty easy going and Mexico is as well, but please be respectful of us, our home and our other guests. If you are unable to play well with others, we will ask you to leave.

I UNDERSTAND THAT ALL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT ARE FINAL AND THAT BY CLICKING ON THE “SUBMIT” BUTTON THAT I AM ACCEPTING THE TERMS OF THIS CONTRACT.
